Our Work Continues

We are rejoicing over the Supreme Court’s ruling in the landmark “Dobbs case” as well as our state’s recognition of the inherent value of the pre-born. These changes in our laws in TN, however, do not change the reason women seek out an abortion. This is why, here at Choices, our work continues in serving women and men facing pregnancy decisions with the utmost respect.

We value the baby and the parents of that baby equally. We don’t have to choose to champion one over the other. When we support one – we are supporting both. We strive for the dignity and welfare of mom, dad and baby. Our efforts usually start with the mom, who needs compassion, hope and practical help to consider alternatives to abortion. In this “post-Roe” era, we are prepared to continue to be a resource for expectant moms and dads.

This consists of a relational, compassionate approach to care by starting with helping identify the reasons why a woman is considering or seeking an abortion. We are committed to helping her meet pressing needs and walk alongside her in the journey by offering continual support.

The work of pregnancy centers supporting women and families experiencing unintended pregnancies will continue, Lord willing and be even more critical in sharing His plan for abundant life in Christ.
