As the Volunteer Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain a strong volunteer workforce to fulfill the mission of Choices. This involves duties such as recruitment, training, and attending events to attract new volunteers.

The Client Services Coordinator will work in close partnership with the Client Services Director to further Choices’ mission and vision, while also overseeing administrative responsibilities and providing support to the client services department. This role will initially start out heavy on administrative support with the goal of more responsibility and leadership as skills and knowledge are developed.

The part-time CMA, LPN, or RN will provide expert clinical care, leveraging technical expertise, practical skills, and strong social abilities – including empathy, communication, medical knowledge, and problem-solving to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.

The Bilingual Client Advocate will engage with our Spanish speaking patients ensuring that language barriers do not impede access to our medical services. Additionally, through facilitating one-on-one and group educational sessions, you will mentor Spanish and English-speaking moms throughout their pregnancy and beyond.

The Patient Care Coordinator is a non-medical position whose primary role is to provide support to patients during their pregnancy test appointment. The Patient Care Coordinator will provide education on options (abortion, adoption, and parenting) without judgment or coercion; discuss sexual risk avoidance, STI’s, provide community referrals; and as appropriate provide emotional and spiritual support to patients.
