Donor Engagement Officer (Full-Time)

The Donor Engagement Officer plays a key role in advancing Choices’ mission by cultivating meaningful relationships with donors and inspiring biblical stewardship. This position is responsible for engaging and retaining donors, growing financial support, and connecting partners to the life-changing impact of their generosity. Primary activities include personal visits, phone calls, written communication, and event participation, supported by additional outreach through mailings, email, and social media.

Family Services Receptionist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

This Family Services Receptionist is responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Serving at the Family Services reception desk, this employee ensures seamless operations and a hospitable experience for all clients, staff, volunteers, and guests while performing business office and family services administrative duties.

Family Services Coordinator (Part-Time)

The Family Services Coordinator is primarily responsible for conducting assessment appointments to onboard clients in the Earn While You Learn (EWYL), Next Step, and Beyond Basics Parenting (BBP). Additionally, the coordinator supports Spanish-speaking clients by facilitating parenting classes, community resources, and material assistance, and by providing Spanish translation for community events.

Men’s Services Coordinator (Part-Time)

The Men’s Services Coordinator supports the Men’s Services Director in the overall function of Choices’ men’s services, including meeting with men facing pregnancy situations, facilitating fatherhood related classes, training and managing volunteers, and assisting in connecting clients to resources in the community.

Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) (Part-Time)

The primary role of the RDMS is to support patients throughout their ultrasound appointments in a compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental manner. The RDMS will provide clear and accurate education regarding fetal development, gestational age, and all pregnancy options-including abortion, adoption, and parenting- ensuring that patients are fully informed without any form of coercion or bias. In addition to sonography services, the RDMS will also assist with basic clinical responsibilities such as performing urine pregnancy tests and STI testing, contributing to comprehensive, patient-centered care.
